I went back to eat again at Metro Square @Siam Paragon, which had just opened. As I mentioned in my previous review, what I love most is the variety of food styles and flavors. When you go with a group, everyone can choose what they like. Another great thing is that the dishes aren’t too large, so you can try a variety of menu items. This is the restaurant’s concept: Mix & Match to your heart’s content. The food includes fusion, Thai, and Chinese cuisine, all with premium ingredients, which I really appreciate.
The food is divided into five concepts:
- Kheng Kheng Dim Sum: Fusion dim sum blending premium ingredients from four countries: Thailand, China, Japan, and Italy. Created by Chef Toon Sumonnat from Top Chef Thailand.
- NOODS: P. Pu Noodles, featuring large crab meat noodles with a delicious vegetable broth, created by Por – Seekanya Sakdibodej Bhanubandh.
- Jao Nuea Nuan: High-quality beef noodles with intense flavors, packed with quality, featuring USDA beef, a rich broth, and delicious dipping sauces, created by Chef Art Pakphum.
- Isanista: Authentic Isaan cuisine with beautifully presented dishes, guaranteeing skill and meticulous creation in every menu item, by Chef Num Veerawat of Samuay & Sons.
- Chingcha Charlee Khao Gaeng Bar: Favorite Thai dishes with traditional flavors, perfectly blending Thai essence.
After reading about the concepts, you must be eager to see the food. There are many more delicious dishes now, and the restaurant continuously adds new items. Let’s head to the restaurant! Metro Square is located on the G floor of Siam Paragon.
The restaurant’s interior has a nostalgic Thai atmosphere.
The front corner features a milk tea corner, and you can order it to enjoy in the restaurant.
Tea lovers must try Er Te, which offers teas from around the world. Feel free to ask the staff for recommendations.
This corner is Jao Nuea Nuan, known for its excellent beef noodles.
Beef noodle lovers should definitely try it.
There’s plenty of seating inside, but it can get crowded during peak hours.
There are various seating options to choose from.
